To the OP, you ask what is safe boost to run on a KKK turbo, it really depends on which one it is, it could be a K14 or a K03, the K14 is a much stronger turbo and will take a lot more abuse than the K03 Smile

I have for 2 months a hybrid T25-T2 turbine with 30 psi and everything is fine Smile now i am considering to buy a oil cooler just to be safe Tongue

Had my k14 at 25psi for a good 15k plus, I upped it to 30psi and it only lasted for 2 weeks, td04 going on now, I think the it would of lasted for a fair bit more at 25 psi, but then again I've known of k14s and t2's going at 18-20 psi, think its just down to luck and your day to day driving style!
