I agree with the solution not being ideal, but hopefully it was more effective than anything else :p I would hate to fight someone who was in bike gear though, its like being bullet proof in your leathers with gloves with carbon fibre knuckles and a big shield on your head!

you can hear i have cut out shit loads of audio, i left it out for a reason. 
the original file is more damaging to him then me tbh.
