I think there's a couple of isle of wight 'cruisers' type facebook groups, mind find someone alright on there...
I'd just hang around with the 17yr olds tbh, you could be like the cool old guy who can get served and stuff, you might stand out at first but if you can grow a really thin fluffy beard you will fit right in. Most of them will be dicks but it's better than sitting on your own.
