Then it's mot time! RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 (01-04-2013, 09:24 PM)Matt Wrote: Well as I'm sure most have seen by now, the engine is out after being blown to bits. Nice one on the progress buddy ![]() BTW, I've got some brand-new, still in box mintex 1144 pads and Pagid discs.... Yours for £135 if you need them..... ![]() RE: Matts rallye project - Matt - 02-04-2013 Hmmm tempting, is that for all 4 corners? RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 (02-04-2013, 08:46 AM)Matt Wrote: Hmmm tempting, is that for all 4 corners? Nah, just fronts. Check the price of Mintex 1144s these days and Pagid pads! I only want what I paid for them as I don't yet need to do my brakes; they're ok at the moment! I've got some rear pads but I think I'm one pad short as I had to replace one I lost on an enthusiastic drive to curt's.... You can have them for £10 if you want them too, though I think they're normal Mintex... Either way shouldn't be a problem, you wont need uprated pads at the front really, they hardly do anything anyway! RE: Matts rallye project - Poodle - 02-04-2013 ![]() Ever optimistic Ed! Fair play for cracking on with this mate, give us a shout if you want a hand this weekend. RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 (02-04-2013, 09:02 AM)Poodle Wrote: Optimistic, how?! Keen definitely; I bought the parts before making certain I needed them which is pretty failtastic! But Optimistic... I wouldn't count that amongst my qualities... ![]() RE: Matts rallye project - Matt - 02-04-2013 Just looked and can get brand new delivered too me for same price ![]() And cheers poodle, you may have a text incoming very very soon ![]() RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 (02-04-2013, 09:27 AM)Matt Wrote: Just looked and can get brand new delivered too me for same price They are brand new! The moment somethings off the shelf it loses value, the prices you put up for stuff would suggest the opposite sometimes haha! RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 The only reason I mentioned them was if Matt needed a set it would help me out as much as him if he bought them off me, as I don't need them right now. It makes no sense to me to sell them for less than I paid for them so I'll keep them if I don't make my money back as I'll need them before the year is out... I get what you mean though, but was hoping Matt would be nice enough to buy from a friend rather than ecp or similar, as it benefits both of us! RE: Matts rallye project - Fozzy - 02-04-2013 Thing clearly go up in value when ed is the seller but down when he is the buyer........ ![]() You know what im on about Ed, i don't forget easy RE: Matts rallye project - Ed Doe - 02-04-2013 ![]() ![]() RE: Matts rallye project - Matt - 02-04-2013 (02-04-2013, 04:23 PM)Fozzy Wrote: Thing clearly go up in value when ed is the seller but down when he is the buyer........ ![]() RE: Matts rallye project - sam - 02-04-2013 The engine it yet dude? RE: Matts rallye project - Matt - 02-04-2013 Haha not yet, did you not see how many months it was for the last to get removed?
