Definitely Mark, freezing your balls off at -8 on a mountain wasn't entirely conducive to relaxed conversation lol, especially when there were so many epic pics to be taken.
Oh god don't add another option to the list, Cully, we can't cope as it is!
Don't think we should do one at each end of the country on the same weekend, or two weekends close together for that matter, just because the obvious will happen and people will only turn up to the local one. Half the point of this is to get people mixing a bit more, I can give a couple of people a lift up for a bit of derv money if you're worried about distances.

I think when people have said two meets, they mean one at each end of the country at different times, IE we keep this upcoming one as a Southern meet, then later this year we have a Northern meet, which I think is fair.

now for me personaly i want to meet as many members as i can and have a meet where we all meet up. i dont see the point in having a CLUB MEET if your gonna split it in half. that to me is not a club meet. surley between us all we can organise a camping meet without splitting the club up into 2? maybe middlands? maybe north/south then change it later in the year and have the opposite? dont know just my opinion.

That's the idea kingy, 2 meets, 1 north 1 south, but for everyone at the same time. So the northeners go south then the southeners go north. Because having it central isn't fair for the people who live in the far north/south like the cornwall lot and the likes of mary fairy, so at least they can make 1 of the 2 meets. But if it was central all the time, they couldn't make any

In the past so many people have complained about big club meets being organised in the Midlands. The majority of members are from either end of the country, rather than the middle. As Connor said, one where the Southerners go North and the Northerners go South means that everyone is making the effort. Some people will only be able to make one, which is fair enough.

I this 1 north and 1 south is a great idea. Everyone makes the effort, it's an excuse to have 2 meets and we all get to meet everyone. Happy days.
