just an idea...one I am going to try...is using two 'Y' piece connectors and using two inline 6mm fuel filters. thus giving 12mm of fuel filter flow

Mmm..
Your doubling the amount of space it has to fill/flow through.
I can see the benefit to two filters, but not sure about splitting a single fuel line into two, then back to one.
Not sure if its a good idea in practice?
Explain your logic.

Changed some clock bulbs today, can see my temp and speed, so now I know if I doing 130 or 140!

Might stick some primer or something on it later just to slow it down a bit more. Either way it'll need cutting out before mot.

It's an advisory on a MOT 2 years ago, which I removed the seats to get it through and never got round to welding it up. But it will pass.

Transit pump is here, will pull that apart later.
Also got a price for new nozzles 19quid plus the vat, each. So basically 91quid for a set of 4. Can get them slightly cheaper on ebay but i was hoping for 40/50quid a set not twice that!

Gearbox is shot. Got a light grinding crunching in all gears except 3rd :/ and when the engines just ticking over it sounds f*cked! Time for hdi box I think! If anyone has one cheap please let me know. Preferably in Cornwall. Only saying this here because I'm restricted with my internet ATM! (Long story)

Box is coming off tomorrow after work, see if its the clutch or not, if its not then i'll be getting a hdi box! If the clutch is f*cked then paddle clutch here we come :p

Well im in a bit of a shit position now. Plan was to buy a hdi box and skint the shit out of myself and get a second hand paddle clutch aswell just whilst its off. But i realised earlier one of my bottom balljoints is properly wanked. And you cant buy them for the 205, you have to buy the whole arm. Which is f*cking expensive.

Whole job was about an hour and a bit long. Yeah then it took another hour to get damn box to touch the floor. Was wedged between the subframe and the rad. Think i'll be taking some of the front off when i put it back.

Well the wallet has had a proper raping this evening, new lower arms and trackrod ends, smart looking gearbox with new seals and a paddle clutch. Alll on the way this week.

New wishbones and track rod ends are here. Paddle clutch is sat on the kitchen bench and a flash looking gearbox outside. Now all I need is another car to take it all up to the workshop with!
