Done this afew times but cannot remember how to get them out, atleast not without breaking them. the interiour ones I wana keep the black top parts

Thanks
Pull the seat belt height adjuster off then undo the T10 I think it is of the cover and then the 17mm that holds the seat belt on and then just the b pillar trim should just pull off. Hope this helps ya
^^ that. also pulling off the door rubbers helps, but isnt essential
Cheers I thought so but the ajuster was been stubborn and I don't want to snap it. No rubbers or seats in so easy jobbie Smile
Pulled the height ajuster and it also snapped the bit that goes onto the runner aswell. I can see the screw thonthe back but how does the ajuster knob and handle come off the backing, is there. Hidden clip?
Can you get a pic of the bit? I'm getting a little confused
Sorted it the part that slides up and down the runners had just snapped off with the pull out part still attached. took some getting off aswell to get to the torx but fitted now Smile
Glad you got it all sorted!
