Found out that my week-old iPhone 5 is not particularly good at backstroke.

Balls.
lol
Whoops you got it insured
They don't make calls or maps very well either I heard...
Fortunately it is insured. I'll see if it recovers first, it's in a bag of rice in the airing cupboard lol.

Haters gonna hate. I'm no fanboy, I think the iPhone 5 is overpriced and overhyped, but it was a brilliant piece of technology. If only it was more waterproof...
Best place for it is under a lot of water x)
I like my IPhone does all I ask and more good battery life etc

So...

Two weeks later, the insurance documents have gone off. Awaiting a response to my claim.

Boxed everything up, as you do, ready to send back. But couldn't resist the urge to plug it into the mains and see what happens.

Bastard thing works perfectly, doesn't it!!!
This is why i have an Xperia.
It swims, it gets run over, it flys, it rolls around on the floor and yet it still works prefectly.
i thought apples floated?
Well I've tried every function on it now and can't find any fault with it. Seems fixed.

Should be an interesting conversation with the insurance company later...
