lovely! shame about the two blocks of wood. i would of used some pistons there as feet.

Just go to a scrappy and find an all kinds of f*cked up old ford v8 or something. Sandblast it, lick of paint, job done. Plus you get to strip down an old V8 which would be a pretty cool way to spend a weekend

Sam, aka 306Swanny was using a Jag V8 iirc. He does something else to occupy his time now though as I have him on FB, no idea whether he finished it.

Or some damaged lifters? Not that I've kept my PD lump to try this with haha. Probably never get round to it though unfotunately, I just think the DI pistons look pretty cool, even though the block is only 4 pot.

Haha my dad started making one of these its in the garage the block is all clean and ready if he isn't take inch it to oz I may have to pinch it
