you have last cambelt / clutch details - at 205k... eeesh
i know. its alot aint it. wanted £1000 for it before christmas. hes not really tryed to sell it. just put a for sale sighn in the back window. hes got another 306 and a works van to drive.
said hes putting it on flea bay but i thought i would try it on here first. hes getting back to me about cam belt and clutch.
right, both were done about 9000 ago. middle of 2009.
So its 2 years overdue a belt change, that needs to be considered also
dont know mate, its a derv and you have proberly forgot more than what i know about dervs. you tell me.

Was done in 2009? so not over due, just needs doing soonish.
thought it went on milage? thought 9000 mizzles wasnt that bad tbh.
Miles and 7 years Peugeot recommends I think.

So how many miles is a timing belt good for
Like 30-40k I think =\
70-80k is the time to change a belt.
tell him 600, if hes not interested ill win it on ebay for less lol..
if he would let it go for 6 mate i think i would have it. £650 is his lowest price, one of them IVE HAD IT AGES, SPENT LOADS OF MONEY AND TIME AND DONT REALLY WANT TO GET RID. so if your interested let me know mate. if its not sold by next month im thinking of haveing it. run it for a bit then break it.
Not really worth that to me mate, if it had around 150k then possibly.
no probs fella. i want it but my heads telling no but my hearts telling me yes. then again i could spend that money on getting mine done. ohhhh i dont know.
This would be far better if he took the wheels off, sold them for £250-300, providing they are good tyres. Then selling a dturbo for £400 will be easy if its got mot+tax Big Grin
yeah, i wouldnt mind the whhels my self.
Looks utterly mint, would be a shame to break it.
He'd be lucky to get anywhere near £900, people will be put off straight away by the mileage

thats why hes droped the price to £650 now.
Ah my bad, missed that bit.
said i could have it for £500 and my wheels. tempted.
I wouldn't worry about miles at that price, if it drives ok then sod it!
thats what i thought, but also thinking that i could spend the money getting my car sorted.
6, cash, next weekend...
