I'm taking the hockey sticks and grill off to respray them, got no idea how to remove them though, any advice or instructions?

Screws off and pulls out!

Be careful with the hockey sticks though

Abit of a tip with the hockey sticks once the grill is removed get someone with small hands to get behind them and very gently press the clips together not to much tho as they will break and slowly pull them forward done a few this way now and works a treat. if you just pull thrm off the clips will 100% break
