What are the pros and cons of using the GTi6s 4 bar Fuel pressure regulator over the XSis 3.2Bar

Will it really make that much difference as surely the lambada would sense it running rich and back the fueling off?
I noticed no difference on mine. Think Niall ran it on the 1.8 and soon changed it back
I ran it on mine and to start with it was ok but I did notice supply issues mainly in starting the car was a pig. Fitting a gti6 pump could solve this but then it will probably be pumping to much fuel to the rail seeing as gti injectors pump more than the 1.8 and 2.0 ones.
Oh and when are you fitting the gti6 manifold?
As soon as i can get hold of an inlet gasket and TB gasket

I has full manifold sitting in the back of the 'state
Inlet gasket is about 4 quid and tb gasket is 0.70 both from pug. Part nu,bers are in my useful numbers thread.
According to Matt, with the xsi engine the rail just bolts straight on so no need for gti hoses or lengths of hose.
Yeah its if theyve got them in. I want the manifold fitted before I go back to work.
And before the tunnel run Smile
Can't wait to get my exhaust manifold and new exhaust on next weekend
Yep im hoping to have a back box on before work too
You going to fit a gti6 exhaust manifold?
Tbh I've never seen what the xsi manifolds are like!
Nah, just want some bwap. should happily out run your puny little 1.8.

Ill save the proper power mods for the V6
In all fairness I don't think there is a huge difference between the xsi and 1.8. Mine will be slow though because of all the extra weight in speakers and sound deadening lol.
Iirc the car over fuels there was a big article I read about them I'll try and find it, best of getting one that increases and decreases the pressure depending on how your driving
