This has been annoying me for a while now- the batteries were flat in the key fob so i changed them, when the car is locked and i click the unlock button, only the boot will unlock.
however if i click it again to lock you can hear the motor in the boot moving and it tries to lock but it wont, always stays unlocked?
if i unlock the drivers door with the key, it is only that door that will unlock, shouldnt it do the passenger side and the boot? and do the same if you lock it with the key?
would this be caused by the central locking mechanism coming off in the doors? if you close the door hard it sound like there is something loose in there.
thanks
