Yep, thats f*cking ninety five quid! £95 to the penny!

It we get these 9p rises theyer predicting that will be me at £100 fill ups!

I wouldnt complain too much if it was a HDi but this is how many miles Id got since I last brimmed the car.

I shit you not, 304.6 miles to 64.23l of petrol or 14.13 gallons or 21.6 mpg

Admittedly I have been driving the wheels off it this last tank but this is serious.
yes its shocking how much those Energy drinks are! Big Grin
2 for £2 on offer though mate, cheaper than the supermarkets at the moment and I needed them last night, at 5am I just couldnt keep my eyes open
Oasis is also 2 for £2 at shell atm. Big Grin

Also.....how f*cking much!? I know you live in London but thats ridiculous, how much is regular unleaded?

Theres loads on the 2 for £2 but I need the relentless as Ive been on nights and now im on a day off and Im not wasting it sleeping so Im staying up.

IIRC it was 147.9ppl for v power. TBH Ive stopped looking at the price cos its just £ra*e.99 everywhere. I think normal unleaded was 139.9 and diesel was 145.9
Normal unleaded down here is 134.9 for regular or 137.9 for premium, diesel sitting at 140.9 a litre still
I just paid £1.60 PPL for diesel this week, needing a top-up on the M5 FTL.

The VPower price was on your reciept lol, Id aleady seen that. Tongue

But I didnt realise it cost so much more than regular petrol tbh! Regular is £1.37.9 a litre here (in town) atm, or add a couple of pence for the ones on the outskirts of town. So not far off yours in London then!
Veg 5L for £5 Smile WIN
how did you fit over 64 litres in, thought it was a 60l tank, surely theres not 4l in neck??
You'd have driven a further 1.4 miles if you truly lived for the 306 though...

on a serious note, this is why I run a second car. Soon just to be in the 6 by end of the month though!
Im sure the 6 is great fun but does that not depress you a little bit? Thats alot of money really :/ In other news tesco are selling 2x 5litre tubs of sunflower oil for £10 Wink
That is a ra*e im glad i dont drive mine day to day at them prices.

But on another note. Your going to all this effort to reduce weight and your brimming the tank lmao
Half tanks FTW
Jesus christ, I'm glad I don't fill mine right up.. I get sad at how quickly I lose quarter of a tank

Most of it probably fell out the notorious filler neck anyway lol....
This has whats tempted me to possibly get a 2nd car.. 6' daily driving is a killer on the wallet...
Just cost me 69 to fill up. I'll get 360 miles out of that
Used to cost me around 60 to fill up, just short of 600 miles from that though lol. Tongue

Mannnn I'm gonna miss mpgs! Sad
How the hell did ya manage that?!
Jesus. Costs me £70 to brim my car and I can get 350 out of that

I don't have a '6. Tongue
Used to get 400 miles to a tankback in my 6 days, had to drive like a nun though.
Come back when you get 110 miles from £85. Wink

And then need a new set of tyres, discs and pads...

And new lambda and temp sensor!
And engine, and spine, and driving licence...

Why put v power in chris if your gonna dislike the cost?
Bloody hell I would have loved over 20mpg from mine!! I would struggle that on a steady motorway run. hard driving I saw around 11mpg :/
I got 250 miles round town from £65 in the Skoda, that doesn't seem bad actually compared to a '6 now...

Just got 585 miles to a £60 tank of veg in the beigemobile though Big Grin

Well you see vpower is 0.42% lighter per litre meaning the car is 27.006% lighter with a full tank than it would be with a full tank of fuel save. Because of this, it makes Chris 27.006% happier which offsets the 19.8% decrease in happiness when he sees his bank balance and realises its 2.8% lower than it would of been if he had gone for fuel save. This overall gives a 7.206% increase in Chris-ness
HOWEVER
Because Chris is 27.006% happier, his open smile is 2.867% bigger causing a 27.008% increase in wind drag meaning he's actually 0.002% slower than when he first started.

This clearly proves that vpower just is not worth the extra money
ahhh reading this makes me feel good about getting just under 200 miles on £40 in the 1.8! Big Grin
