-Certified EN 4340 forged steel, 36CrNiMo4, (Rmax=1180N/mm2)
-Multi-stage heat treated / stress durability processed
-Balanced and matched to +/- 1gram per end
-Forgings are x-rayed, magnafluxed and sonic tested
-Surface is shotpeening

-Laser etched mark
-Plug and play

The rods are designed on Solidworks

- Suitable for both 1.7 TD / 1.9 TD XUD and 2.0 HDI 8v / 16v engines, and need the stronger hdi 'sputter' bearings.

-Central section is +52% bigger (30x17mm) than OEM (28x14mm HDI)

They are delivered with ARP L19 class Bolts 3/8. Stronger than ARP 2000 class.
