There's definitely no button to click to start a wanted ad, not that I can see anyway.
 The info banner tells me I can't sell as I don't have 100 posts yet, and that's fine by me, but are wanted ads blocked as well?  
I've been a member for more than 2 years, and I'm sometimes amusing. Doesn't that qualify me?

Could just be worth popping one of the mods a message, sure they can get it sorted

Can we assume you can't see the entire for sale section? If so, wanted is part of the for sale section - hence why you can't see it or post to it. Only need 20 posts anyway
