Can any please explain the difference beetwen 20CM41 and 20CM62 in BE3 transmission for 306 cabrio?

cm41 is a 19x77 or 16x65 from an XU7JP
can't find CM 62 but there is CH62, similar to above.

My is 20CM62 and it is noisy so i want to replace it. If i'll put the 20CM41 do i'll feel any diffrence while driving? You said similar so i assume there will be no diffrence.....?
