 I don't know why but putting it in 3rd gear is a reet pain in the hoop. Once it's in its fine and it's only 3rd. Looking for suggestions on what to check.

oil level, and if you dont know grade id put fresh oem in.

Cheers Welshpug, would service box say what oil is required? It's a 2001 hdi estate
