put the key in the door, turn and hold it.
i have no locks or handles on the outside fully smoothed
So you normally lock/unlock car with IR or RF fob? I'm guessing it's occurred due to a faultĀ  with the door loom or central locking module but I'll leave it to someone else to suggest a fix as I don't know my way round that stuff particularly well.
I used my clifford alarm to unlock my car and pop open the door pops so i can open my car. I left the keys by mistake in the ignition but the car wasn't locked, as this happened before i removed the window rubber and used a chop stick to push down on the latch to open the door but this time i must of pressed on something else and it deadlocked. Found a spare alarm remote so popped open the boot and got my keys but cannot open from inside or out.. Ive just put new battery in the key but from what i read to reprogram it you need the car to be unlocked, so not much help.

well, thats a silly idea isnt it.
never been a issue even with battery dead as thats in the boot but press something wrong. maybe be able to pull it back up to take dead lock off but not sure if that is possible or what to pull up
I wounder if I can reset the deadlock via PP2k?

I'm fitting a clutch for a mate tomorrow but after I'll have a play in my car by deadlocking then connecting PP2k and seeing what can be done. I've seen you can actuate the locks in it so it might be possible.

Are you in a rush to get this sorted?
I highly doubt it as they are not multiplex, no bsi unit.
Yes you are right that there is no BSI on a 306.

When you do a global test the locks actuate on a test and the CPH unit is the body interface with PP2k on a ph3 so you never know.
its a security module not a BSI

easy to unlock, info is on this site as i put it there!
use the search function
urm none of that made any sense to me lol
