New member and thought I'd start as I mean to go on with a project thread!
After having a rather eclectic mix of Italian and Japanese cars over the last few years, I sold my 02 Honda Accord and hunted for a car I've always fancied.
The 306 was the car of choice!
I needed something more fuel efficient than my Honda and a HDI fit the bill!
Managed to pick up this 83k mile 01 HDI 5 door for a scrape under £800.. which I think was a bloody good deal! Full history inc cambelt and fresh wheel refurb and 4 conti tyres!
Paintwork is superb and interior is 95% spotless!

I've a few plans for tidying up the few little bits that need doing; new/painted badges, new interior and exterior bulbs And then move onto some performance!
They are really easy to extract performance from, a simple remap for under £100 will give 120bhp+, a FMIC and another remap will see over 150bhp and something that might be capable of a sub 7 second 0-60 time.
