Hi!

Clutch cable end snapped on my car, so I am looking for new one.
What type of clutch cable should I get, if my car have http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clutch-Pedal-R...1148123874 this thing.
I am confused about this, because most clutch cables I can find for peugeot 306, are like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PAGID-Clutch-C...1078200102

But for my car, e-stores suggest ones, that are shown below.
Question is - should I try and order and hope for the best, or take old one out and compare to available ones?

My car right now is parked in parking lot, and I don't want to go to the car more than I should.
Well, I got the correct clutch cable.

Problems start here - clutch was changed 5k miles back and right now after cable change, there are no cable slack, and accelereation even in 2nd gear cause clutch slip. Also clutch biting point is really high. Can I somehow lower it without changing/refitting clutch cable?
Sorry I cant help you as I have this joy still to come, still wondering how on earth the auto rachet mechanism works and how to unadjust it. May be for me the manual adjust cable would be better.

If I am correct after fitting the clutch is pressed down then let your foot slip ,off the pedal to allow the auto adjust to work, I just dont know at all really, sorry not much help.
Has the bung that goes in the body under the servo gone in properly? If that isn't in fully that'll make the cable tighter.
