I think the papers proved last year that by and large it was all a massive con designed to get stupid people to part with their money before Christmas. It's all Sports Direct style pricing where they claim a massive RRP that it would never sell for in order to make it look like your getting a bargain. And half the stuff you could have got just as cheaply online 2 weeks before (and 2 weeks later)
ebuyer has decent prices on tech. Looked into the cheap 3d printer but it needs proprietary filament. I dont want to be tied into that because it will be unusable if the company goes bust or stops supporting etc.

Check your prices before buying from amazon. Use camelcamelcamel and see how the price has fluctuated over its life time.

Check out the Google Store, Chromecasts for £20 as well.
Black Friday can f*ck off.

Pissed off with people raving about this and all email accounts being spammed!

Commercial wank!
As above.
Bought a pint of guiness for £3.50. Does that count?

Maplin have a decent offer on a 3d printer at the moment,  £299 with some good results on display,.  finish is not amazing however that might have been the model resolution etc

In all the chaos at half time in the rugby bar last night I got 3 beers at half price because the girl on the till rang up 3 halves instead of pints so I consider that my bargain of the day!

I may have missed out on a TV I don't need but I have kept my dignity...   Speechless
