Mentioned to kris the other day that I liked his steel snap on jack and I was considering getting one.
Well he phoned me today on the snap on van and said they either have the steel one or the aluminium one. Couldn't resist the aluminium one

Paid RRP for it I think. Don't think there was any discount but it suits me as I have to carry my jack around a lot and my one at the moment weighs best part of a small elephant.

I can only see 'blue point' written on it from where I'm sitting...

Very nice! Could do with one myself, Driving onto wooden blocks is a PITA. Though I do believe "Treated myself" is pronouced "Tret mesen" round my way

great bit of kit - i also bought a low entry, differnt brand and in red, but still, great jacks!

£240 but with most snap on/bluepoint stuff should last bloody ages.

I like Snap-On but I don't use stuff enough to justify the price, Clarke will do me. Snap-On stuff is amazing quality though

I agree with this entirely, I have a set of bluepoint ratchet spanners that have seen some abuse and are still going strong

Jesus H... That's an expensive jack. Fortunately I grew tired of French cars so I have less need for a jack now, but our trusty Halfords one of 15 years old still works perfectly!!

It's not that expensive for a full sized jack. I've seen others a lot more expensive!
