Hi people. What size belt should i use with aircon removal and a spoox pulley on my hdi. Ive got 6pk1145 on at the moment i think and its too big. Any advice would be appreciated. Tim
6pk1173 is what most people run when they get rid of the air con pump. So i can't see how a 1145 is to big
Yeah i searched and thats all i could find. This one keeps coming off the top pulley slightly
Any pics of how your routing the belt?
if its coming off theres a misaligned item somewhere.
Is the spoox pulley smaller? Never seen one myself! Are you still using the second tensioned? I've never had any problems with an 1173 somethings a miss somewhere!
158mm is the size of the standard item iirc, is the pulley offset bang on? By top pulley, do you mean the power steering pulley?
Yeah the spoox pulley is smaller. It was coming off the power steering one. Found the problem now one of the tensioners was worn on one side causing it to come off. We have put the old 307 pulley back on now so i will sell the spoox one. Thanks alot guys for trying to help
