Not my HDI, but helping diagnose a knock from the n/s rear

Can't feel any play if grabbing wheel 9 - 3 or 12 - 6. However lever the wheel up and down reveals rather loud knock.. Would the arm bearings create such a loud knock? There's no obvious camber.

Not that clear in the vid but I can see the torsion bar moving ever so sightly when levering up and down (less than a mm play). Felt the shock and doesn't seem to be coming from there.

First time I've seen anything like this on a 306 over the years - usually massive camber instead or arms seized.

Thanks in advance,
Have you checked everything is tight? Arb flag bolts are common at coming loose or missing. It does sound like a dead beam but without seeing it and feeling around its hard to say for sure.
I haven't as I didn't have much time or tools to investigate it throughly today. Tomorrow I'll check all bolts are tight and get a pry bar in between various components. I could probably use a stethoscope to try and pin point where the knock is loudest too.

Thanks
is the wheel loose?
Wheel all tight as is everything else (all bolts) - can't find any abnormal play. Turns out most the knocking I could hear in the car was the N/S drop link which I replaced today. It doesn't knock when bounced on the ground. Will just have to keep an eye on the rear but can't hear any knocking on the road now from the back.

Cheers
