To rule them out I want a pair of caliper slider pins for the lucas GTi caliper...

You're in luck, i have a full, bnib set that i found earlier and pulled out to sell. Both sides, yours for £20 at pugfest.
I made a guide/link to them a while back.
Big red do them; they're the same size as Astra pins iirc

piggy, if you just want to rule it out
swap the pins from one caliper to the other - if the knock changes sides ....
