Pity poor Zbigniew Filo. The 24-year-old driver from Lubczyna, Poland, has discovered his car is up a tree and it's his neighbours what done it - reportedly using a crane to lift his Ford Escort 20ft into the air and onto a willow tree.

Or should you pity Zbigniew? After all, his neighbours have been complaining about his dangerous driving for a good long while now... oh, and he hasn't even got a licence.

"We received a call from a man saying his car was stuck in a tree, and that his neighbours had put it there," Police spokesman Marta Pierko said. "After inspecting the site we instructed him to remove it from the tree."

That's right, Filo is the one who has to remove it. Bad luck there, old chap. "I get the message," he said. "But I think it was a bit harsh."

I read this erlier and was thinking about my neihhbours car and the tree outside. he doesnt drive too bad he just parks like a c#*t
