I've 100% removed the EGR, it's in the bin and has been written out of my map. 

Can I cut the connector for it right off the loom? 
Also what  is the second connector for near the EGR? 
Also can be cut? I'd trim them both near the power steering pump where the exit the main harness.

You can cut the excess loom off if you like, i'd tape up all the loose ends seperately though. Second connector is for the air doser, which was only fitted to the later cars.

Great, I'll heatshrink them all up individually.
aha! Air doser, yup, not got one of them either
