Hi from Czech Republic  , primarily i am so sorry for my english .
I have Peugeot 406 HDi RHZ 80kw and i built this car for stage III , i have intercooler , fuel pressure sensor from a 1.6 HDI ,
diesel pump of 2.2HDI ( BOSH ) , remap to 180 HP , MBC , HDS Clutch / Single body flywheel ......  And i have problem with  turbo GT2052s i dont have filling pressure , my pressure is 1.4 bar but MBC is set to the full and pressure  is same :/ Stay on 1.4 Bar . How do you save this problem ? Must buy other wastegate actuator , Now i have stock wastegate actuator .
I have gt2052s from  SAAB with water cooling.

Thanks for help and other advice .)
and no hate me for i write on 306 forum and i have 406 :/
I dont know where write this problem .

The wastegate actuator needs to be set up correctly for the MBC to work. You ideally want the wastegate to open a few psi before your target pressure and then tap in the MBC and wind it up to your desired pressure, otherwise the wastegate will just creep open
Are you using the actuator of the Saab?? If so that's likely your problem, you need an actuator with a stiffer spring than the Saab one, since it's designed for very low pressure, the exhaust manifold pressure will blow the wastegate open.

Nice build though Smile

I think , but original wastegate actuator  is open in 0.5 Bar and i set maximal for 1,4 bar with MBC and original wastegate actuator blows all around and dont have more pressure than 1.4 bar with original wastegate  ? :/ I need minimal pressure 1,8-2 bar to 180HP.

I do not know how to do it drove , in the Czech Republic never happens HDI
in the Czech Republic government building f*cking TDI ..... :/
Sad I am building my HDI with using this forum even though I have RHZ .

Yes i using actuator of the saab , How else do I use ?

And Thx
Get a stiffer one from a diesel and that will do the job for you perfectly. Set up the actuator without the MBC first, get it so its about 1.6 bar on just the actuator and then add the MBC and adjust the pressure from there.
What he said above ^^

Ok , thx all
And one question , can anyone throw a link from ebay to buy right actuator to my turbo ?
I'm not sure will there be any direct fit ones but pretty much any one can be made to fit without major bother, a standard hdi one from your old turbo would be perfect unless its a vgt turbo originally.
That car and build looks amazing mate!
Any more photos of the car? Looks stunning with the grey paintwork and those wheels! Smile
You need a pressure actuator, not a vacuum actuator, and it needs to be strong enough to give you around 25 psi of boost.

Don't set the boost too high or else you will get problems with the lifters in the higher revs.

Who's remap are you using? I've mapped a few with those turbos with good results now Wink

I use remap by Milan Kosty Kostolansky , he tell me about work with you ;Wink its true ?
Ahh yes, I made that one a long time back. He told me that the boost was not working right.
Keep working away at it, you'll be there soon! Get some videos up once it's boosting properly..
I find this #1 http://www.turbosport.cz/1772-445963-121.html or #2 http://www.turbosport.cz/1770-432225-2.html  , With actuator turbo was working good #1 or #2  ?

And back to remap , he's yours old remap   Itwasntme
