As per the title, I've got an X-reg 306 HDi Meridian estate that I'm breaking for parts.  It's EYCC Silver in colour.

Being a year 2000 car, it has rear electric windows and side airbags fitted but only has the 20mm torsion bars.

Let me know what parts you want, but to list a few bits...
  • Complete engine including turbo, HP pump, injectors etc - £100 ono.
  • Gearbox, no whines, crunching synchros etc - £50 ono
  • Half-leather seats, no rips or tears - £50 ono
  • Set of four 14" Swallow alloy wheels, pretty tidy with 2 or 3 good tyres (can throw in the steel spare too) - £40 ono
  • Front 266mm brakes - £25 ono
I think those prices are reasonable, but if they're not, make me an offer - I'm happy to do a deal especially if you want multiple bits or can remove them yourself.

Off the top of my head, the rear bumper and tailgate are knackered, OSF wing is dented, OSR caliper leaking, few scratches and marks on panels.

Located in Swindon, Wiltshire (10 minutes from M4 J15/J16)

Smaller bits can be posted, larger bits are collection only.
Got a working interior clock?
And tidy gear knob?
Condition of front bumper and bonnet?

Interior clock works fine AFAIK (keeps time, temp works and lights up) but the gear knob has been provisionally claimed by a friend of mine I'm afraid.

Bonnet is pretty good, just the usual odd stone chip and other minor mark. Bumper has a few marks, but isn't too bad.

I'll get you some pictures tomorrow so that you can see for yourself and whether they're good enough Smile
Pictures of the interior ?

Leather steering wheel?

Hockey sticks if they ain't broken?

The rubber on the side skirts if they arnt ripped or damaged?

Rear door seals?

Electric wing mirrors and interior trim + switch?

You can see pictures of the seats on eBay here - they're pretty good I think, certainly better than most I've seen for sale at this money.

Steering wheel has the usual deterioration/perishing of the leather on the top of the wheel I'm afraid.

Hockey sticks I've not tried removing yet so I don't know if they're broken - the front of the car doesn't look to have been apart/crashed and both sides are sat nicely, so hopefully they're OK.

I'll double check the condition of the rear door seals tomorrow - the interior rubber seals that seal the door against the body I'm assuming?

Wing mirrors both work as does the switch and the interior mirror trims are there too - they're the later type with tweeters built in.
How much posted mate?

As you can see, the bonnet is pretty good other than a few tiny stone chips and the other odd mark/scratch. Bumper is pretty good other than some scratches and cracks in the paint right at the bottom on the passenger side where I'm guessing that it's scraped a verge or similar - it didn't photograph very well I'm afraid.

Price wise, £25 for the bonnet, £20 for the bumper or £40 for the pair if that sounds reasonable? Collection only obviously.

Checked the rear door seals and both look to be in good condition with no splits or notable wear that I can see.

Just to confirm that this is what you're after?

Does £7.50 delivered sound fair? Postage cost is nigh on half that.
Would you sell the turbo separately?
PM'd you
(23-09-2015, 04:04 PM)Jonny81191 Wrote: [ -> ]Would you sell the turbo separately?

For the moment I'd rather keep the engine complete, but if there's no interest in it whole then yes I'll consider splitting the turbo.

I've not looked at it to see which variant it is, but it seemed to boost pretty strongly (or as strong as a standard unmapped HDi ever is!)
I've had a couple of enquiries asking for pictures of the wheels, so thought I'd upload them on the thread:

Drivers front wheel with Goodyear Eagle NCT5 tyre

Passenger front wheel with dead Pirelli tyre

Drivers rear wheel with Avon ZV3 tyre

Passenger rear wheel with Avon ZV3 tyre

As you can see, the wheels themselves are in good condition with minimal curbing and just a small amount of baked on brake dust that should come off with some wonder wheels or similar. I need to double check the tread depths, but they're certainly all legal other than the Pirelli tyre which whilst legal tread wise has a fair bit of perishing and I wouldn't be happy using it (was an flagged as an advisory on the MOT last month)

The missing wheel bolts were locking bolts that I've already removed, but they along with the other normal bolts pictured can be included with the wheels if required.
£80 for the complete engine then?t
When could you collect the engine?

It's currently still in the car and starts/runs, but once removed I'm going to struggle to store it for any length of time.

If you can collect in the next week or so (say next weekend at the latest) and are happy to leave a deposit to secure the engine, then yes I'll sell the complete engine with turbo, pump, injectors etc for £80.
Headlights and interior clock sold.

Could probably collect this weekend if that suits?
This weekend works for me, ideally Saturday.

I'm off work tomorrow so I'll get the engine out ready if you definitely want it.

I'll drop you a PM and we'll sort it out.
Don't suppose you've got the middle seat belt from the rear bench have you? Only really need the buckle, but might as well replace the whole thing. Wink
I could be possible interested in the following bits, depending on whether I buy the car back though my insurance, drivers side front light plus hockey stick, grill, bonnet and front bumper, bonnet and bumper aren't a priority, please could you give me a price many thanks Damian

I'm afraid all of that lot is either sold (headlights) or provisionally sold.

If it falls through for whatever reason I'll let you know.
I read that as £750 to start with, thought that's a bit bloody steep for a seat belt! lmao

That sounds perfect sir, pm me your PayPal and I'll arrange payment. Wink
You can send me £750 if you want - I certainly wouldn't refuse - but yeah, that would be a little steep for a seatbelt lol

I'll PM you my Paypal details now
What the glove box like?
Most of the car has now gone and the shell will be getting picked up tomorrow to keep the peace with the neighbours.

Bonnet, front bumper (inc fogs), seats, brakes and wheels were all collected this evening - all in the back of a 306 estate impressively!

I'll confirm the remaining bits tomorrow.

(27-09-2015, 07:14 PM)Josh_Quant Wrote: [ -> ]What the glove box like?

I've removed the lock as it matches the other locks but otherwise its ok I think. I can try and remove it in the morning for you if you like before the scrappy collects the shell?
Well ill have the maf off you if its working.
MAF on this car was no good, but I've got a couple of others that worked fine.

£10 plus postage to Ireland?
