Hi everyone,
I do realise this isn't the wanted section but as I am new here I don't get trading access for a while and I am..desperate.

Im chasing the plug that covers the fuel adjustment on a lucas pump.

I've contacted a lot of wreckers here, which I'm still waiting to here back from and I've also searched the internet to the best of my ability. Hopefully this is still a common part in the uk and someone is able to recommend me an ebay store or shop that has them in stock. Ideally I would like a metal replacement but I'm happy with plastic.

Any help would be much appreciated!
You're free to use the wanted section, just you can't sell until you've reached 100 posts
I may have one on a dead pump in the garage, will try and remember to have a look later.
Thanks Paul and poodle. So after a lot of emails and phone calls to almost every Peugeot wrecker In Australia none of them have a lucas pump with the equivalent plug. I find that seriously hard to believe but unfortunately I can't personally visit their yard for a look. I tried to plastic weld the thing, first with some of the plastic from thicker areas and then with plastic from a milk bottle lid. It started leaking straight away after starting her up. I'm going to try and seal it with some sort of powerful sealant tomorrow.

If all else fails I'm going to see if I can get a metal one fabricated.
Old ford 1.8d engines from escorts and fiestas use a metal bung that is a stright fit
ive got an old pump sat outside now. ill see if i can get it off in the morning Smile
If anyone can source me a metal plug I'll pay a finders fee plus cost and postage.
Think I have one I wIll check in the morning free if you pay posting cost lol
Ok have one here in my hand is this the one u need :-)
Sent you a PM paddy.
