How much is in the donation bucket? lol It's got a small bit of land for fixing weekends and a coop and pub across the road
Just in case you can't see it the house is number 306 Wink
I drive past a gate with a massive '306' plaque on it every day now... Ideal pic location if I had one. lol
also a public phone too! Which I think the line could be tapped into too, free BT phone line!

Could do that from any premises TBH. What you really want to do is run some jump leads over to the neighbours and start stealing electricity!! Rofl
Ill put £10 in...

Update: house is now up for rent so we've inquired lol rent is a little high though so hoping they'll come down a bit considering how long its been on the market and how desperate they seem to be to shift it (2 different estate agents for renting and it's up for sale & rent )
Jesus.

My mum pays that for a 2 bed barn conversion overlooking open farm land & a river on a £2mil electric gated private farm with swimming pool, tennis courts, private air strip & aircraft hangar (Not that mum would ever need that part!) water rates, council tax & gardener included! Only other property within a mile is the adjoining farm house. One plus of living in rural Norfolk I guess!
Thats f*cking cheap compared to down here! That would get you a 1 bed flat if you're lucky!

Very lucky.

Savannah is moving and even near me people want £5-600 a month for a room in a house and you know where I live lol
That's expensive for Bury though, you could rent a 2 bed house for that here and I'm within the magic hour of London commuter belt.
It is expensive for Bury, 800 would get you a really nice 4 bed house with garage and driveway but the 'clubhouse' is in quite a handy location for us whereas everything else is either too north for alicias commute or too sh**
We're hoping they'll come down on the price a bit considering the time its been on the market however we're not desperate for it just seemed a nice place with some parking that kids cant get too and funny that it's number 306 lol
And heres me living in rural wales complaining about my £280 a month 2 bedroom flat in the centre of town directly opposite the best pub with private parking for 2 cars lol
We have a nice 2 bed flat at the moment for 550. It's just feeling a little small now and the local kids enjoy playing around the cars which isn't nice for alicias ds3 or much fun when Im trying to do car stuff and have little brats watching over my shoulder or resting their scooters on the bodywork
