So looking at a brake upgrade for the zx, as it'll need discs and pads before mot. I don't want to get rid if the volcanes for 2 reasons one being I want to keep it original looking out side, and 2 I've just fitted 4 new Michelns not long ago.

So I know it's extremely tight under the volcane wheel but is it possible to fit the 266 brakes under there and if so what needs doing to get them to fit? Will I need spacers?

Thanks in advance
They're a 15 aren't they? Should piss 266's I would have thought Smile
I thought Volcanes were 14s?

It'll be tight if they do fit, 14" swallows only just fit over 266s...all it takes is the butterfly spring to pop out of the caliper (~2mm) and you end up with a massive score mark around the rim lol.
Caliper needs trimming a bit
Volcanes are 14s so probably will need to take a bit of the calliper
Yer there 14's wish they was 15's I'd be having gti brakes then.

Do you know how much of the Caliper needs trimming off? Or is it just a trial and error job
the 15" 16v wheels wont take anything bigger than 266.
