Just pulled the plug out by the screen wash bottle and bridged pins 1-3 to do the ac button for fans mod. I saw on the guide that is said to unplug the actual ac compressor aswell, is this necessary?
Yes.
Obviously!
Otherwise you are turning your AC pump on!
Whats this thing? Does anyone have a link to this mod? Cheers

As if anyones AC system has enough gas left to turn on... lol

JTaylor - Not sure about a guide, but you unplug the brown plug on the AC pipe infront of the PAS pump and link two of the pins. This turns the AC button on the dash into a fan switch to manually control the fans.
Haha yeah sounds good Smile and tbf makes sense as apparently these cars have rubbish AC haha
Its pins 1 - 3 for high speed and 1 - 2 for low speed

This mod tricks the system into thinking its full, so will turn on with no lubrication(assuming ac system is empty)
