I never get it by my house but this was an estate in Hereford I always see them. It's usually a guy walking shouting it with a dodgy looking old fiat Ducato chugging a few yards behind. Upgraded to a 2003 transit, business must be good.

There's loads of them around my way, but never heard that before. Normally just get them shouting.
