Hi All,

Random problem here which is only getting worse. Occasionally when i try to open the drivers door pulling the handle does nothing. If i repeatedly pull it it may eventually open. This is true for both the inside and outside, but more so the outside!

One time I was parked next to a car of 5 girls and it wouldnt open so I had to get in the back doors and climb over the buckets before getting in the harnesses. They thought it was funny but obviously this is having a big impact on my pulling ability so i would rather get this resolved sooner rather than later.

Ive had a quick google and from what ive seen there is a metal rod that does the opening and that could be loose? Wondered if anyone had any advice!

Cheers
Sam
Take door card off and give that rod a wiggle? See how floppy it is..

If its floppy theres a blue pill that helps
and whats the solution if its floppy?
Both handles have a different rod iirc, so I don't see it being that if both handles are the same. Is it only after unlocking, like getting stuck locked?
Nope nothing to do with locking. Just if the door is closed!
Hmm, ok. Could try lubing the latch mechanism I guess.
