Where can I find myself a boost take off adaptor? In my head I know exactly what I want, but no idea what they're called or where to get one
How much?! Lol and didnt really want to take the elbow off to fit, was thinking of some sort of brass fitting, but no idea what to call it
I was thinking todayon the 206 about making one fit on the egr blank on the elbow?!
I drilled and taped mine 5mm and fitted an air fitting takeoff

The one I posted is good if you don't have a tapping set.
Meh, itll tap itself
I found an egr blank in my 1mm steel cutoffs. Then used a pen and some snips!
Thats what I was planning on doing, but if it's cheap enough ill just buy it and save faff
About £8 I think on ebay
But cost me nout, took 30seconds to make!
Sorry...I was off by a penny!!!
But if he only wants one for the inlet side it's considerably cheaper than £8... We don't all have random lumps of metal hanging around either.
On another note though, I'm not sure how long 1mm plate will last. I've bought many EGR blanks over the years and not had any that thin.
I have used the egr pipe clamp ontop of a 1mm plate with a gasket. Which has to be better than the lack of a gasket when I took the pipe off!!
Ah ok, fair enough, should be alright then.
No EGR gasket? Probably explains the whistle lol...
Its still there. Think its the metal elbow to plastic boost pipe connection...is there an O ring?!
Oh right.
No O ring, just the silicone joiner with a jubilee each end if its the same as the 306, not sure if it is though!
Tough to see, have to have a dig at it tomorrow.
Looks like a bolt on flange
the egr pipe joint is a metal gasket use that as a templet and cut one out of steal as i have
