So in 3 weeks i'll be running the great south run 10 miles in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. If you would like to sponsor me for the run, it'd be hugely appreciated and definitely welcomed by the charity!

How comes the great south run is only 10 miles but the great north is 13.1? Just further proof that southerners are fairies really.

An amazing day out, would recommend to anyone! Great atmosphere, a little chilly but a good days' running!
