Anyone suggest anything?
Tried white spirit and paint thinner; nope.
Going to try some oven degreasers
Acetone nail varnish remover...
As said nail varniah remover or auto glym do a tar and glue remover also works a treat
And a lot of elbow grease as I'm finding out! And slightly high..
A good tar and glue remover is best and a blade usually, cheap tint seems to leave more residue behind.
So for when this gets archived, for future use; nail polish remover works best. With a lot of elbow grease working small areas at a time.
Brake cleaner and a stanley blade. Spray and let soak, then zip off with blade
much easier to just go to a breakers and get new windows.
I use autoglym stuff for residue, works a treat. Always a bottle in my tool bag
I am surprised that white spirit didnt do the job. Works fine at getting the B pillar vinyl residue off!
