How badly corroded are they where the dust boots have split?

There not corroded at all, just the bumpstops slightly discoloured

This is eibach for 306 hdi?? Which dampers are this??

Xsara vts dampers (slightly shorter than gti6)
And there gti springs, but the diesel engine weights are close enough to gti that these will be good for either

Got any pics of the ride height with these on?

Nope as i never fitted them, sure niall had the same on his so have a look through his project thread,

Where abouts in Devon are you? Annoyingly I don't think I'll be coming home for a while, but might be able to persuade someone to pick them up for me if you're near the a30? Just cba with posting postage when I drive through Devon at least 5 times a year!
