Work until 4 today, early start in the morning to go and see my daughters and then rush back for sons 6th birthday party (painkillers at the ready), and a family BBQ weather permitting on Sunday.
And as for feeling old at a 21st, a colleague in the office just turned 30 and I still feel old.
