Its repairable, just a bit of a budget and a welder.
It doesnt look as bad as cool as it will be once done!!
Shame its an auto but would be uber cool with the modern 3.0 24v v6 in it (although that bay has plenty of space for a V8)

you can always change that dum dum, i have just changed a car from a carb to injection.

That needs a lot of work but would be really epic with like you say, the new v6 or even a v8 in it.
Wish I had a few hundred lying around to buy it.
He's got quite a few other old rare peugeots for sale too.
