Bought a strut brace from another member recently who had it fitted previously to their HDi.

It had an OMP sticker on it before I fitted it but comparing it to others online it looks nothing like what other OMP do - perhaps an older design?

I went to fit it to my car following the suspension swap and found that there was no clearance on the brake fluid reservoir - it was trying to force it downwards. I didn't want to start tightening it up as I didn't think this seemed right?

Below are some pics. The ends of the bar (where the two holes are for bolting through) have been bent in the past, suggesting that it's been pulled out of shape under force?

Have you tried putting it otherway round?
Does it not sit UNDER the edge of the res?
Tried it the other way around, bonnet would never shut like that and the holes don't line up.

It won't go underneath either piggy Sad
Is it not a dturbo one thats designed to avoid the intercooler.
