Yeah I'm bored today :-P

Always had a love of the old Peugeot adverts and press releases, always had really clever marketing and I just love the random crap you can find in old manuals, like the offical accessories catalogue, Peugeot finance adverts etc etc

Thought I'd start a thread of any cool old Peugeot stuff anyone can think of. Share the sadness haha

One of my favourites, 306 gti6 advert. I actually remember this in old autotrader magazines

More 306 ads

And moving on, I think the 205 gti marketing was awesome. The original rally car for the road, way before subaru came along with the impreza

Good finds there mate!
Flol, the one about the '6 cracked me up
The 405 was a huge car for Peugeot, also the last car to be sold in the United States before Peugeot withdrew from the market..

Some 90s tasctic advertising was involved

I used to have an old 205gti advert that was a rather scantily clad lady draped over the bonnet.

I have an original 306 s16 press release pack that has done good info and a couple of press packs from the le man cars
Some more psa advertising gold

Christ you are bored haha
I might have to get on ebay and buy some of those.
I own the majority of the 405 ones :-)

Wish I had all the paperwork that would have come with my rallye when it was new, Peugeot really go to town when it comes to limited editions
I've got a volcane one and a d turbo one il get a picture of.

Thatl be awesome :-D

I've seen a few of the old Dturbo and 205 Dturbo brochures but couldn't find any pictures on the Internet :-\

Shame because it's pretty interesting how they originally advertised the DTurbo models as basically a gti on a budget which I thought was cool, the 205 Dturbo was essentially the car that started the whole diesels can be quick culture
Found it on my Instagram [attachment=12600]
Found some more

You REALLY need to get out more... lmao
When I bought my HDi it came with the original 2001 brochure and options list, all pristine condition! Not something that would interest me normally but it's a nice little token to have, right from the end of the 306 lifetime too.

No problem, brought them into work with me and will scan them in at lunchtime. If I remember that is...!

What's the best way of hosting them? Or maybe I will just set the scanner to JPG output and put on Photofucket?

Erm I'm not sure about the best way to host them tbh, can they be uploaded to the forum as a download link?

I'm really not sure :-\

They look like 15" too. Inset centeres unlike harriers as well.

That pictures for the phase 1 xsi out of the 1995 Peugeot cars catalogue
Ok there are a lot of pages, uploading to Photobucket as we speak.

1 full sales brochure, 2 flyers.

It's pretty decent, should be in a different forum section I reckon.
