so I got a new battery and swapped it, took seconds.

But it now doesnt wana work.

Did usual, ignition on, hold lock button for 10 seconds, tried the lock with key and button tricks...

but nothing? Undecided

Hi matey. Same thing happened to me. The small chip had fallen out on mine, luckily I had spare key cut, can you start car with it? Without the chip car will not start.
it drives fine man, just wont RCL
Yours is a ph3 ain't it? If so need to be done with peugeot planet I think
Yeah frosty...same as what midnight said...

Surprised though as all I did was change the battery and it worked fine before just range was short.

Pug plant...anyone on here got that with some knowhow?
have you got your security code?

i have redone connors twice now as his seems to loose the rcl link Wink
Errr....

What security code? Undecided
It's a code on a card the same size as a bank card with has a bit to scratch off to show a code
you need the security code to acsess the security settings on the bsi to be able to recode the RCL
Erm...

Undecided

I have no idea where that be
I can do it for you but I'm not driving to you so f*ck you

If you have it, its a credit card type thing with a small scratch patch on it like a scratch card. If you don't have that, you'll have to get the code from either peugeot (about £20) or from the web (about £10)
From the web....how? Sorry to be dumb...hate electronic gizmos

Thanks Nial...repd

He is £17 but I will try and find the card first

Starting to miss my ph1 already!!!
Isn't that £17 for all the codes though? Key cutting, security code and stereo code? You only need the Security code.
Only gives one price option Undecided
