it gets mocked up on a jig
cooler is mounted and partly routed, just need a few more 90 degree bends to finish it off.
Ooo a bianca
you never seen this?
I seen the comment you made on my thread and saw your signature pic was straight onto your project thread ha! They all said the same to me about ph1 front end! Too much hassle!
Looks cracking mate, turbo on yet?

Me neither
Keen for a dyno graph and a video!
as soon as its on and boosting fine, its going straight on the dyno, theres one down the road from me, 30quid for 3 runs! tbh, im hoping to atleast make gti6 power.

Very true! I bought my with the ph2 & 3 parts so dont want to spend more putting it as a ph1. Dont think it ever was tbh ?
Very nice mate, really like Bianca 306's
finally routed the cooler up..
beaded the pipes!
also, when I went for some Tbolt clamps, they didn't have zinc in my size, so they gave me stainless ones for the same price!
anyway complete..
had a few tiny leaks, found them with the old soapy water trick, so sorted them, but I also have a leaky boost comp nipple, as my inlet adaptor didn't have one, so drilled a hole and welded a caliper bleed nipple on, but ran out of welding wire! so job for tomorrow!
also random dirty pic.
and no, turbo is not on yet!! lol.
Need more engine bay pics
Its not that low being parked facing down on a hill isnt helping lol

Turbo is complete, just need an oil line, does anyone know if the standard T2 line fits?
We'll that's different lol never thought of doing that to hotside, good for keeping standard exhaust
what return pipe is that?
Just read through the whole thread there, great work altogether. Its put me in the notion of going gt20 rather than td04
Standard 306 one or standard gt20 one?
Oh, mines hitting on the housing of the hot side but I've not welded it like you
