Just removed this from my car today.
The beam is bare, just the cross tube, arms and hubs.
The bearings are in good condition, as are the pins, theses are both the larger type and will fit the 27mm arb that I have fine, although my 30mm one won't.
Only bit that needs replacing is the main tube seals as they are looking tired. Obviously the arb seals and bushes will need doing when reasemebed.
Beam as is £50
With standard arb and tbs £70
With all seals and bushes replaced inc tbs and arb £100
I also have a 27mm arb also that I will do for £80 with the beam.
