Surely that price is a typo? Theres an extra digit on the end there, right!? Confused

Gotta say, I don't like it but I can appreciate it....but the price is ridiculous lol.

Tom seriously, that's a f*cking BARGAIN if you were looking at building one up to that spec. Just look at the advert, he's spent over £56,000 getting it to the stage it's at.

If I had the money to justify having this as a toy, I'd have it over pretty much anything else in that price bracket.
looks good but thats a lot of money!
Ive seen shells of these go for 7/8k easy

It's not my fault he spent that much money on it lol, we all know you don't get money back from cars.

If I had enough money to buy that though, I'd be buying something very different tbh!
I don't think that would surprise anyone, Tom.
Lol Curt!

Yeah tom the guy is making huge loss on it at that price! It's worth that to the right person all day long! An full race spec n2 engine on its own is worth that price!

Got to agree with this Undecided

That is a "lot of old car" for the money Tom but it's been rebuilt and if I had the cash.... Big Grin

I soo want either..
you can never get back what you spend on a custom car like this.
but for that money....you could 2/3cars cooler, better, sweeter...and with change
There's not much cooler than that, and it won't go ever go down in value. At the end of the day, you could say that about anything. All modifications are a "waste", especially to those who don't get it. The person it's worth it to, is the person that gets the enjoyment out of it.

So, just so I've got this straight, you like broken mk4 Golfs but a race-spec Hachi-Roku isn't your cuppa tea?
so much want! but damn could never justify sending that much on a car

I wouldn't spend £27.5k on a broken Mk4 Golf though. Wink

If I had that much money I wouldn't be buying a Golf at all.....why would I need economy if I could afford to throw away money like that? lol

But still, no, 'race spec' isn't something I'd want anyway. I prefer comfort spec if you hadn't guessed by the cars I've already owned lol.
Retro jap metal is only going to go up in value these days. I would prefer a hakosuka skyline.
