Right so we (306oc staff) wanted to get Christmas meet organised nice and early so people can get time off work etc organised.

So multiple choice vote for a date, please vote for all that suit you or as you feel appropriate.

Poll for location here http://306oc.co.uk/forum/thread-16583.html
As mentioned it's multiple choice, so please vote for all that work for you.

The meet (as with last year) will mostly likely be a whole weekend thing, arriving on the Friday evening, the actual meet on the Saturday, going out Saturday night and then wind-down/chill out Sunday

Im voting for the 30th and the 7th only then Tongue
14ths just after payday for mw so that's good.. But I can make any...

Sooner I can book it off the better though!
I'd imagine for most people it will be difficult to get the time off so close to Christmas to make the 14th?
30th is best I got no hope of time off in December
30ths day after my bday Wink
I think 14th is a bit too close to christmas, if you see what I mean - will affect cost and availability, not to mention chances of getting it booked off.
Late November early December is always a good shou, by the time 14th comes I'm broke!
F*ck me it's this time of year already. >_<

Edit: York is far to north, MK is a better option. Tongue

What about 30th November?
I've voted for 30th or 14th, got them off already, tried to book the 7th and I'm 1st on the waiting list but I can't see any more holiday being released at that time of year...
I've voted for all 3 as I'm not too fused as long as a decision is made soon so I can book it off Smile
Yeh I cant book any time off in December so will just have to see what happens nearer the time.

Maybe book it off in case? You could always change it...

Closing the vote on Wednesday guys!!

Crazy idea, but MOT it beforehand rather than waiting til it runs out?
Just an idea..
Just got to figure out where it will be,
Please don't be Portsmouth, you'll probably get stabbed down here
We know where it's going to be, we're just sorting hotel prices and exact locations first. And no, it's not in Portsmouth. Or York.

If you mot it before the time carries on, you can end up with a 13 month mot if you do it 4wks before its due

It dont work like that mate once it fails it goes on vosas database and is classed as unfit for road use if you could get exta months on your mot id take it through 3 times the same day and would get 36 months mot
