Full Version: Bolt on T25 for XUD

For sale I have a T25 bolt on kit.

It was rebuilt by Dave11 including a 360 thrust bearing, new seals and welded wastegate and has covered less than 2,000 miles with it fitted prior to selling up my 306.

With a modified 9mm pump no reason why it couldn't pull 170BHP, Jenks certainly did. With 11mm no reason why it couldn't pull 190BHP.

Any questions, please ask.

Looking for £150.

If I have no interest it may well end up on eBay.

My old car it was fitted too:

And some size differences between the T2 (largest stock turbo) and the T25:

Got a TD04L on there mate, this is my back-up turbo but can't justify keeping it sitting around when someone else could put it to good use.

Edit: Confirmed by Dave: Yes it's housed within standard T2 exhaust housing.

I'm in no rush to sell, could well be around still!
Okay man, il keep an eye on this thread Smile
Just to confirm the bar that attaches to actuator arm has been tack welded so a waste gate could indeed be re-installed:

Another week or two to go before eBay claims it!
standard downpipe fits this straight on??

Correct, the downpipe it comes with should connect straight up to a standard XUD exhaust, it did for me!
high pressure feed included?

Afraid not, standard oil line fits perfectly fine though, I used the one off my T2 which I then put back on when I sold the car and removed this.
Provisionally sold pending deposit / payment.
Deposit taken.
